Dilsah serves as the director of marketing strategies. Her primary role is working one-on-one with clients to strategize about defining their brands, leveraging their current markets, identifying new markets, extending market reach, measuring success and reevaluating market conditions in this dynamic era of digital media.

- Master of Business Administration DeVry’s Keller Graduate School of Management
- Master Web Design Certification with double concentration in Graphic Design and Coding from Sessions.edu

Rene serves as the backbone of the development team. He liaisons between your team and Searchlight Designs' internal project team. His affinity for problem solving is evident in his ability to communicate solutions to client problems. Rene brings more than ten years of experience providing leadership, value and implementation of projects for clients. Rene has experience in website development and provides the practical background necessary to launch creative ideas for clients. His dedication to quality and excellence is evidenced by the management and production he provides in all his projects. Rene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managing Business Processes from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from DeVry’s Keller Graduate School of Management.
